Hi all! My name is Nicolas (Nick) Garcia-Rojas. I graduated from the University of Maryland (UMD) in December 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Information Science and during my time there participated in the UMD Living and Learning Program College Park Scholars with a focus in Science, Technology, and Society. Professionally I aspire to be a UX/UI designer, hoping to create user experience for all kinds of users no matter whom or what they are.

Outside of my professional life I have a lot of other interests! On the weekend you can catch me either supporting my local community professional soccer teams of D.C. United and the Washington Spirit, scrolling through social media to catch up with pop culture and what my community, family, and friends have been up to recently, or reading up on the latest fashion trends of the current fashion cycle.
